CYCLING
Cycling is one of the few sports that most people begin participating in as a child and will at least casually participate in throughout their whole life. The world of Cycling has evolved into an incredibly large, fast-paced, and varied community world-wide. Whether you love going 30 mph+ on the road, getting 10 feet+ in the air off of a natural dirt ramp, or spinning around 3 times+ in the air off of a sick vert, Cycling is what you call home. One great thing about the popularity of Cycling is that, with so much interest, there are technological improvements all the time! Bikes are now faster, stronger, lighter, and overall better now than at any time before, so check out what’s new and maybe even get involved in one of the greatest and easiest sports out there!

There are three basic categories of Cycling:

1.
On-Road Cycling
Cycling on asphalt, concrete, or any other surface making up a road. On-Road Cycling is usually faster than Off-Road Cycling, allowing you to cover more ground. A Road Bike will usually have very thin, high pressure tires and little-to-no suspension.

2.
Off-Road Cycling
Cycling on anything not man-made. Off-Road Cycling usually requires more strength than On-Road Cycling because of the terrain, but you do not have to worry about any automobile traffic. An Off-Road Bike (Mountain Bike) will usually have wider, treaded tires and more suspension than a Road Bike.

3.
Bicycle Motocross (BMX)
Bicycle Motocross (BMX) is a sport that takes on two meanings: 1) Off-Road Racing on man-made tracks and 2) On-or-Off-Road Tricking at slow or fast speeds.
